By checking out on this site, you officially swear under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age (18 for long guns/knives, 21 for handguns) and are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms, ammunition, or body armor under Federal Law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)) or your local ordinances. You affirm that you are the true, actual purchaser of the item, and are not conducting an illegal “straw purchase” on behalf of another individual.

3. Geographically Restricted Items

It is the buyer’s ultimate responsibility to confirm that any firearms, knives, custom rifle configurations, or magazine capacities ordered are legal to own in their municipality. GWA reserves the right to immediately cancel and void any contract or order if shipping restrictions indicate a local compliance conflict.

4. Liability Waiver

GWA (Gordon Wells Armory) works diligently to verify the safety and operational conditions of its inventory. GWA assumes no liability or financial responsibility for any personal injury, death, property damage, or legal prosecution resulting from the use, handling, modification, or ownership of products bought directly from GWA, or from this website.

5. Venue & Governing Law

Any legal actions, arbitration, or disputes arising from transactions with GWA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction held in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.

6. Sales & Warranty

All sales are final. Due to safety liabilities, technical precision boundaries, and federal compliance tracking, all sales of firearms, knives, optics, body armor and ammunition are final, no exceptions. GWA does not provide warranty support once items are sold. All warranty claims must be filed and coordinated from/by the manufacturer should an unforeseen issue arise.
