The CobraTec EDC Scout is engineered as a featherweight yet incredibly tough daily workhorse folder. The 3.25-inch drop-point blade is crafted from premium D2 tool steel, providing excellent hardness and exceptional resistance to edge rolling under intensive slicing pressure. The handle is made from black Grivory—a high-strength, glass-reinforced nylon polymer that sheds pocket weight while remaining entirely impervious to thermal changes or heavy impacts. The knife utilizes an ultra-smooth bar lock mechanism, providing an entirely ambidextrous operating cycle that allows you to swing the blade open or closed with one hand safely away from the edge path. Deployed via dual thumb studs, it is finished with an open backspacer design and a reversible deep-carry pocket clip.
